This session will help participants…

  1. understand the current state of research on teacher well-being interventions,
  2. identify ways to strengthen teacher well-being interventions that are currently being implemented in their schools, and
  3. advocate for effective strategies to support the well-being of teachers in their schools.

Description

Well-being interventions are essential for addressing teacher stress and burnout. This cross-disciplinary review describes how well-being outcomes are conceptualized, what intervention approaches seem to work, and pressing gaps in research.
