  2. understand the dual-factor model of mental health and the importance of subjective well-being to overall mental health; and
  3. learn about implementing a Tier 1 social–emotional intervention in the higher education setting.

Description

Learn about the effectiveness of a Tier 1 social–emotional intervention that simultaneously targets reducing students’ symptoms of psychopathology and improving students’ subjective well-being in hopes of targeting complete student mental health.
