- identify the need for improving coordinated service delivery systems of school and community mental health providers to meet the needs of middle school students;
- articulate the evaluation of results from the pilot year of the projects; and
- describe how the model is being improved during the model demonstration years to promote socially valid and equitable outcomes for students, families, schools, agencies, and communities.
