This session will help participants…

  1. develop an understanding of what social justice work can look like within a school psychology graduate program;
  2. deduce challenges and obstacles regarding social justice work within a school psychology graduate program;
  3. identify practical suggestions for moving forward with social justice work within school psychology graduate programs; and
  4. navigate and enhance faculty–student collaboration surrounding topics related to equity and inclusion within a university setting.

Description

How can school psychology graduate programs identify and champion students' voices? We evaluate a 3-year social justice initiative in a school psychology graduate program to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
