- apply an understanding of the implications of disproportionality in school discipline generally, to the creation and implementation of mental health interventions for students who interacted with the foster care system;
- explain the causes and implication of racially and economically marginalized students who are impacted by disproportionality in school disciplinary procedures; and
- explore the possibility of disproportionality existing in a multidimensional treatment foster care facility and how this may impact children who have exited the foster care system when referring them to mental and behavioral health services in schools.
