  2. identify three specific self-care strategies targeted at early career clinicians.
  3. identify three specific self-care strategies for senior-level clinicians.
  4. explain new areas of limit-setting and balance of personal and professional demands to be used to enhance job effectiveness.
  5. apply at least one practical application for fostering psychological resilience in one’s own school.

Description

This session will explore how to prioritize self-care and psychological resilience, with a particular focus on effective and pragmatic strategies for use in our personal and professional lives.
