- discuss the need and effectiveness of both individual and group telepsychotherapy with children and youth;
- understand the results of a pilot study of group telepsychotherapy in school settings;
- consider and implement procedures for group telepsychotherapy in school settings; and
- discuss lessons learned in providing group telepsychotherapy in school settings.
Description
When schools shut down during COVID, students lost access to mental health providers. In this presentation, we will discuss a study of telepsychotherapy completed with students in rural school settings.
