  2. understand the relationship between stress and job burnout;
  3. understand the role of trauma training in school psychologists' work; and
  4. learn strategies in order to help mitigate the impact of work-related traumatic stress.

Description

Trauma has been found to impact mental health and occupational performance. In this national study we examined the relationship between early traumatic exposure, training, trauma work, and burnout.
