  1. gain insights regarding key aspects of cultural competency among school practitioners;
  2. gain a deeper understanding of how demographic factors such as gender, years in the role, and race/ethnicity predict self reported cultural competency; and
  3. learn tools to evaluate their own cultural awareness, physical resources, and skills, enabling them to continuously grow and improve their cultural competency in various professional contexts.

Description

This study explores predictive factors for cultural competency by studying 526 school practitioners, and examining how variables such as gender, years in role, and demographics influence self-reported competencies.
