  1. learn about the research status of stress-related growth, especially measurement studies;
  2. understand the factorial structure and other validity evidence for the Stress-Related Growth Scale (SRGS); and
  3. think about the ways to integrate the concept of SRG and its measure in research and practice.

Description

This study examined the validity of the Stress-Related Growth Scale for adolescents. The two factors, self-oriented and others-oriented growth, in conceptualizing and utilizing SRG in research and practice are discussed.
