- identify common vulnerable decision points (VDPs) influenced by implicit bias and their impact on student experiences.
Description
In this conversation, we discuss Black girls being disciplined for "willful defiance." We will examine implicit bias, student–teacher relationships, vulnerable decision points, and systemic strategies for their development and support.
