  2. learn about current research regarding use of automated text evaluation for writing assessment; and
  3. recognize practical implications and future directions for assessing writing skills in the context of multitiered systems of support.

Description

Learn about using automated text evaluation for scoring written expression CBM. Validity data for automated scores of writing samples across narrative, expository, and persuasive genres will be presented.
