  1. explore the importance of multicultural competence in school psychology graduate student training;
  2. increase usefulness of domain-based measures (i.e., SPMCS) as a self-reflective tool to improve professional competence; and
  3. identify graduate training activities and mechanisms that enrich multicultural competence of school psychology graduate trainees.
