This session will help participants…

  1. describe how various factors can impede or promote implementation of family-engaged, trauma-informed school practices;
  2. identify how efforts to influence these factors fits into a comprehensive role as outlined by the NASP Practice Model; and
  3. identify research and practice priorities for integrating family–school partnerships into trauma-informed practice implementation.

Little is known about implementation factors that shape family-engaged, trauma-informed school practices. Learn what school personnel say about things that help or hinder these practices in their schools.
