  2. describe the disparate impact of school police on the academic opportunity gap; and
  3. reimagine school-based policing and alternative roles for school police in building and maintaining school community to improve academic outcomes.

Description

This session will provide the results of a study examining the impact of school policing on the academic opportunity gap and explore alternatives for utilizing school police to build community.
