This session will help participants…

  1. understand the importance of domestic support on parental mental health;
  2. learn about patterns of coping mechanisms in parents during the national COVID-19 shutdown; and
  3. gather information on how to support parental mental health based on study finding.

Description

Participants will recognize the effects of remote learning and domestic support on caregivers’ mental health and coping strategies. Suggestions to support parental mental health are provided.
