Learner Objectives
This session will help participants…
- learn about using report card data to measure student outcomes in school-based research;
- learn about a system of grade conversion developed to harmonize grades across 11 school districts and 22 different partners schools; and
- learn how academic grades were used as an outcome measure in an IES-funded randomized trial, OST-T2.
Description
Although it is important to measure the impact of school-based interventions on academics, few studies incorporate report card grades as an outcome. Learn a system to compare report card grades.
