  1. identify special considerations in early identification of autism spectrum disorder,
  2. identify differences in symptom presentation in children 4 and younger with autism spectrum disorder,
  3. compare autism spectrum disorder symptom presentations with similar diagnosis’ symptom presentations, and
  4. identify reliable diagnostic procedures for diagnosing autism spectrum disorder in children 4 and younger.

Description

This presentation aids to identify ASD symptoms in children 4 years and younger. Literature on symptom development and presentation will be discussed as well as diagnostic procedures for these ages.
