This session will help participants…
- be able to identify anxiety disorders in youth;
- recognize the developmental, cognitive, familial, and cultural diversity forces that affect anxiety disorders in youth; and
- be aware of multiple measures that can be used to assess anxiety in youth.
Description
This workshop will describe anxiety and focus on measures (structured diagnostic interviews to three-item questionnaires) and their psychometric properties. Measures that are useful for the evaluation of treatment will be considered.
