Jonathan Read is a San Diego-based attorney who represents public agencies in special education. Jonathan represented the National School Boards Association in the seminal Supreme Court case, Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District. Jonathan also co-authored the book ELLS With Disabilities: A Guide to Leading Assessment and Intervention.
