Leslie Z. Paige, EdS, NCSP has been active in NASP leadership for many years, serving as president (2019–2020), treasurer, and secretary. She has also chaired and cochaired numerous NASP committees. She has worked as a school psychology practitioner, graduate educator, project director, and university administrator. Leslie was recognized with the Fort Hays State University Alumni Achievement Award in 1996. She was the 1994 Kansas School Psychologist of the Year, the 1996 NASP School Psychologist of the Year, and has received three NASP Presidential Awards (2001, 2007, and 2017). Her current focus is on developing leadership and advocacy skills for school psychologists.
