Dr. Matthew Burns is the Herbert Schooling Faculty Member, Professor of Special Education, Director of the Center for Collaborative Solutions for Kids, Practice, and Policy, and Co-Director of the Missouri Partnership for Educational Renewal at the University of Missouri. He received the 2020 Senior Scientist Award from Division 16.
