Dr. Kelsie Reed is a school psychologist in Prince George's County Public Schools, Maryland. She coauthored the book, Hacking Deficit Thinking and founded the Strength-Based Collective, a hub for strength-based resources for educators and parents. Dr. Reed’s expertise encompasses school discipline reform, strength-based practices, and improving outcomes for minoritized youth.
