Jose Castillo directs the Institute for School-Community Partnerships at the University of South Florida. He practiced as a school psychologist who collaborated with school and district leadership teams to implement and evaluate MTSS. Currently, he partners with schools, districts, and state agencies to bridge MTSS research and practice.
